This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the online store . naalbinding.eu, operated by a private individual.
2. Right of withdrawal.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the customer receives the goods.
3. How to request a return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of their decision by email:

The message should include:
order number,
name of the customer,
a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract.
4. Return of goods
The customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of informing the seller about the withdrawal.
Returned items must be:
unused,
undamaged,
in their original condition.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the seller will refund the payment using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
6. Non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
customized or made-to-order products,
items made according to the customer’s individual specifications
